About the instructor

Alan has been working for Youth Suicide Prevention Ireland as our main Education Facilitator since 2013. Along with Dr Keith Holmes and Anthony Philpott, Alan has worked to develop the Four Steps to Help Programme which is an integrated Mental Health Awareness and Suicide Prevention programme which we present in schools and colleges around the country.
